Mr. Barry Jones works in the area of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Item Unique Identification (IUID) integration by providing a complete Supply Chain Management system that utilizes all of the new Automatic Identification Technologies for IUID and RFID. He has been asked by the OSD Policy Office to speak at the last UID Boot Camp, at several UID and E Business Forums, the last DOD RFID Summit, by the OSD Maintenance Office to speak at their recent Maintenance Symposium in Orlando and was a moderator and speaker at the DOD RFID Summit in Las Vegas.

Colonel John L. Hayes is the director of Communications and information, and Chief Information Officer, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. He is responsible for operational policy, strategic guidance, planning and programming, configuration management, resource policy for communications and computer systems, and information management supporting the command headquarters, Air Reserve Personnel Center, and more than 684 Reserve units, which include 43 flying wings and approximately 75,000 personnel.

Colonel Patrick Higby, Commander, 78th Mission Support Group

Colonel Patrick C. Higby is the Commander, 78th Mission Support Group. He operates all support functions required to maintain the combat readiness and effectiveness of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, 78th Air Base Wing, and 39 hosted units. He also oversees a $45M annual budget for the operation of communications, operational contracting, logistics readiness, mission support, security forces, and services - to include the commissary and base exchange. He assesses future requirements and plans accordingly to meet the long-range support needs of Robins’ activities and hosted units representing six major commands.
